iMapInvasives Workshop
April 29th @ 7:00pm
Val Halla Recreation Center

Why we care: Invasive plants displace native plant communities and degrade wildlife habitat.
Like eBird, iNaturalist and PictureThis, iMapInvasives allows citizen scientists to:
• report detections
• map infestations
• track progress
• explore, share and learn

Join us as we welcome Chad Hammer, Invasive Plant Biologist, Maine Natural Areas Program for a workshop entitled: Using iMapInvasives to report and manage invasive plants
This workshop will be hands-on. Participants should:
• Bring a laptop and field device (phone)
• Create an account at https://www.imapinvasives.org/ ahead of time
• Explore the website, and
• Download iMapInvasives and Esri Survey 123 to your phone.
