LEGISLATION AND POLICY

07 - 049. To hold public hearing to consider and act on the FY '08 Municipal Budget.

07 - 050. To hold public hearing to consider and act on the Tax Assessor's recommendation for a FY '09 implementation of his in-house, town-wide, revaluation.

07 - 051. To hold public hearing date to consider and act on an authorization to the Code Enforcement Officer to enter into a Consent Agreement with the owners of property identified as Map I05, Lot 8B, located on North Road, Chebeague Island.

07 - 052. To authorize the Town Manager to enter into an EWP Project Agreement with the Natural Resources Conservation Service and to accept surety from Rod and Jill Pooler, 218 Range Road, for repairs to their property caused by the May, 2006, storm event.

07 - 053. To approve the transfer of currency in the amount of $2,250 from the Office of the Cumberland County District Attorney to the Town of Cumberland Police Department.

07 - 054. To authorize a Victualer's license for the Falmouth Country Club for the "13^{th Hole Snack Shack" for the period June, 2007 through June, 2008.}

07 - 055. To set public hearing date to consider and act on a Restaurant with Lounge license for Bittersweet, Inc., d/b/a The Slow Bell Cafe, 2 Walker Road, Chebeague Island.

07 - 056. To set public hearing date to consider and act on a Mass Gathering Permit and Victualers License for the 38th Annual Cumberland Arts & Crafts Show, August 9 - 12, 2007, Cumberland Fairgrounds.

07 - 057. To set May 21, 2007 date for special meeting to be held on Chebeague Island for purposes of entering into Memorandums of Agreement, effective July 1, 2007.

EXECUTIVE SESSION - pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. 405.6(d) re: Town Manager's Annual Evaluation and 405.6(f) re: tax foreclosure payments for Map R06, Lot 7D.
