Shoreland Zoning

The Maine Department of Environmental Protection is requiring that all municipalities update their shoreland zoning provision by July 1, 2009. This is the ordinance that is currently being reviewed by the Planning Board and Town Council. There is a public hearing tentatively scheduled for May 19th.
